Return Eligibility

Due to the premium and delicate nature of Pashmina and handcrafted items, we accept returns only if the following conditions are met:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn.
• All original tags, packaging, and authenticity cards are intact.
• The return request is initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.

How to Initiate a Return

• Email us at support@lepashlo.com with your Order Number and reason for return.
• Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization along with the return address.
• Securely pack the item in its original packaging and ship it back to us.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or size, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item at your convenience.
