At Pashlo, every shawl is a testament to meticulous craftsmanship and heritage artistry. We want you to experience your piece exactly as intended. If, however, you are not fully satisfied, we offer a refined and seamless return process.
Eligibility
● Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
● Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original Pashlo packaging, including tags, authenticity card, and protective sleeve.
● Due to the delicate nature of handcrafted textiles, pieces showing signs of wear or damage cannot be accepted.
Return Process
● To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care concierge with your order number.
● Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return label and instructions for secure packaging.
● After the item reaches us and passes quality inspection, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
● Exchanges are subject to availability and can be arranged through our concierge.
● If the desired item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

Return Shipping Fees
● Domestic (UK) Returns: £10 processing fee
● International Returns: £25 processing fee
